Cagd 230

It's time!

Assignment 230 Primitives.

Composition
For my project I decided to base my composition on many Egyptian castle's. The reason I chose that is because i think I'm quite interested in Egyptian culture and I wish to use Egypt in as a premise for a game I want to make in the future.
arrangement
I made the scene the way I did because I saw it was the most efficient way to do it. Since the castle was mostly made up of rectangles and squares, it only makes sense to do it the way I did.         Camera angle
For the camera angle I wanted to get as much of the model as I can because I was quite proud of what I made. Also Since it was a castle I  wanted to give it a grand angle and make it look like something special.
Overall:
So overall the scene I was trying to create is a scene where  the player character goes to the final destination and the camera kind of glosses over the whole castle before you go in. I wanted to make the whole scene look Grand.
Problems and solutions:
Some problems I have encountered however were the coloring of the model because when I first colored it the rendering would wash out most of the colors which was really weird. However Jenn helped me by having me pick the AI Standard surface instead. This brought the colors out more and made the picture look much better overall.
